Copy /ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlu102i.sql from 10.2 environment to a temp area

Connect with sysdba privileges

SQL> Spool info.log

SQL> @utlu102i.sql

SQL> Spool off

If 9 database
CREATE TABLESPACE “SYSAUX” LOGGING datafile ‘/oradata/10.2.0/<databasename>/ SYSAUX01.dbf’ size 500M EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT AUTO ;

Move pfile link from dbs (if pfile not help in the dbs directory)

Move passwordfile (orapwd file=xxx password=xxx)

SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE the database

Change Linux environment to 10.2

Cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin

Connect with sysdba privileges

SQL> Startup upgrade

SQL> Spool upgrade.log

SQL> @catupgrd.sql

SQL> Spool off;

SQL> @utlu102s.sql

SQL> Shutdown Immediate

SQL> Startup

SQL> @utlrp.sql

SQL> Exit

UPGRADE COMPLETE !!!!!!! ?
